"03 Security is the most professional security company I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t think anything could beat their prices until I experienced the high level of service they offer. The owner is one of the nicest guys, has always been on time, and is always easy to get a hold of. He has installed multiple cameras/systems both in my home and around the property... from simple home cameras, both standard and thermal, to solar-powered AI video cameras patrolling a gate from 160 yards away… No job has been too big for him to handle."

"I had nothing less than an exceptional experience with both Jimmy and his tech John. They were both very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to my security camera installation. I had multiple cameras installed throughout my home and both individuals did a phenomenal job running the wires and installing the cameras in the best location/position possible. After they were done, they ensured they left the area they worked on spotless and Jimmy also provides us with a great rundown of how our security system works. I called other locations but 03 Security Systems were the best and I’m so glad we went with them. I highly recommend this company!"

"I called several places to get quotes and a list of services he provides. Jimmy not only answer the phone but also kept his word. He showed up on time. The quote came in on time with a great explanation of the services he provides since I have no clue about security cameras or systems. He explained it to me in layman’s terms that I could understand without making me feel dumb. He also did a follow-up visit to make sure we didn’t have any questions after using the system. The service he provides is by the far the best I have received in a long time. He set up our cameras and security system in no time (probably would have finished a lot sooner if I would have not talked to him the majority of the day!) Also, he didn’t try to sell me services or cameras I didn’t need. Thank you for a job well done!!!"

He installed my system and worked with me to make sure I understood how to work the software. He only uses high-quality equipment and tailors each system to each house. No prepackaged security kits. "Awesome company! They came out and had a quote ready for me in 24 hours, the setup was quick and easy. I'm very pleased with my new security system! I feel comfortable using it, Everything was explained to me after the setup was complete. They've since then checked in with me to make sure everything was working properly and that the settings were to my liking. Their pricing is very reasonable; all in all, it's been a great experience!"

"I am so impressed with my new system! Jimmy is professional, easy-going, friendly, approachable, and gives great insight on camera systems and placements. Today he installed an extra camera and he provided insight (he calls it "The Jimmy Way") on its placement that turned out the be the better decision. Anytime he does this, I appreciate it, instead of allowing my uneducated guess to cause me to hate my decision after installment.
I have my system attached to my flat screen so I can better view my surveillance system. He went in and personalized each camera to every specific location for higher quality/viewing that diminished glares, etc. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone to install your surveillance system!"

"Jimmy has been so great with the process of getting our system set up for us. I definitely haven't been the easiest I'm sure with my lack of knowledge of security systems and exactly where the placement of our cameras should be, but Jimmy has been great and patient the whole process. He thoroughly explains and demonstrates everything for you to understand and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I am so thankful I chose to go with a local, veteran-owned company rather than a large company like ADT or Vivint. Rather than being just another customer/number and pushed to the side when they have your service, Jimmy and 03 Security Systems want to make sure the customer is well taken care of and gets everything they need for the best protection and at GREAT PRICES!!! "My husband has been interested in cameras for our property for a while. We decided to use 03 Security to install them at our property. We live in Benton, where the internet is less than optimal, with very few choices for providers. Being able to view and monitor on our phones was a big deal for us and since we don’t have a wired internet connection it is a problem. We only have access to a hotspot. Jimmy researched and found a way for this to become a possibility. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with great detail. He made sure it was set up on our phones before he left. We are very pleased with the cameras and they are actually really cool to look at. The detail is amazing. My 14-year-old has become our own personal monitor as they are easy to pull up on the tv and work. If you are in the market, consider this company. You won’t be disappointed."

Our neighborhood has experienced a string of burglaries, so we decided it was time to have eyes on the house throughout the night. 03 spent the better part of a day getting us set up and we couldn't be happier.
